1904 (Thursday) – Baby (Charles Gilbert Lunt) is five months old today. I was talking with my sister Della (Emma Della Sperry), she said if she had children she would always be trying to fix up something nice for them to wear, making caps and different things that were pretty. I told her she wouldn’t have time with three children (Alfred Oscar, Jr., Lillian and Charles Lunt) if they were as young as mine. She thinks she would so I have written our argument down so I can remember it. I went to Relief Society, we had a lovely meeting the spirit of the Lord was there in great abundance and we had a time of rejoicing together.
We are to celebrate the day on which the Relief Society was organized next Thursday and I was named as one of the committee to arrange for it.
