Journal: Jeanette Sperry

1904 (Monday) – Oscar (Alfred Oscar Lunt) and I went down town, called at Hickman’s to see his mother (Priscilla Pitt), but she was not there. Then went up town to a restaurant for dinner. I then left home and called back to Hickman’s, but his mother was still absent. I went back to Uncle Charles’ (Charles Enoch Abbott). In the evening we took a stroll through Liberty Park. We saw an elk and a deer, we went down to Uncle Dwight Sparks (Dwight Coridon Sparks) and visited with them until about half past ten.
