1904 (Thursday) – I went to Relief Meeting, how glad I was to go once more. We had such a lovely meeting, The Spirit of The Lord was there in great abundance. Sister Jarret spoke in tongues. I bore my testimony. Sister Cazier said she wondered if we realized how greatly blessed we are in being here away from the strife and turmoil that is going on in the world. Another sister said in the early days they were tried by poverty but she thought our trials would come through our children. After meeting, I went down town. In the evening I went for the milk, staying and talking with the folks for a while. Jennie Teasdale came up to see us.
