1906 (Wednesday) – Clara’s brother came up to tell me Clara (Clara Golden) was unable to come today, therefore I had all my work to do myself. He took Alfred (Alfred Oscar Lunt, Jr.) for a ride on his horse. I let Alfred go down to Holly Jenkin’s and play a while and Lillian (Lillian Lunt) went over to Ada Wood’s. I am staying alone tonight with the children (Alfred, Jr., Lillian, Charles Gilbert and Eva Ruth Lunt), Baby has been quite sick all day.
