Journal: Jeanette Sperry

1906 (Wednesday) – Alfred (Alfred Oscar Lunt, Jr.) and Lillian (Lillian Lunt) went over to their Grandma Sperry’s (Caroline Webb) to watch for their father (Alfred Oscar Lunt) when he came on the train. He stood on the back of the train and waved to them, which pleased them very much. My husband was here for dinner, then left on the afternoon train for up north. I took Alfred and went in town and then we went to Relief Meeting. As usual, we had a lovely meeting. Sister Amanda Ellison was sustained as first counselor to Sister Cazier (Mary Ann Parkes). They asked me to give the next lesson, which will be in two weeks. After I returned home, Lillian (Lillian May Sperry), Pearl (Eva Pearl Sperry) and Edie Tranter came up for a little while.
