1906 (Sunday) – Again it has been three weeks since my last entry. My husband (Alfred Oscar Lunt) has only been home once since then, he came home Saturday 24 March and left Sunday on an early morning train. Clara (Clara Golden) came back to live with us on April 2nd. On Thursday 5th Ada Wood sent for me about four o’clock a.m. I stayed until six and then I left to try and find a girl to stay with. My cousin Blanch Sperry, will stay with her for a while. In the afternoon, I went to Relief Meeting and then called down to see Grandma Lunt (Priscilla Pitt) as she doesn’t feel very well. Then I called to see Mother (Caroline Webb), then came home. Sister Margaret Jenkins and I stayed up to Ada Wood’s all night. About 6:00 a.m. I went down to the doctors office, then I called him out to Grandpa Lunt’s (Alfred Lunt) then went back to Ada Wood’s, where I spent the day. Sister Jenkins was also there. About half past three in the afternoon, she gave birth to a baby girl (6 April 1906). I remained home all night and oh how I did enjoy my good nights rest.
On Saturday the 7th was mothers 55th birthday. I went over for supper and my Lillian (Lillian Lunt) slept there.
And now today, April 8th, I sent Alfred (Alfred Oscar Lunt, Jr.) and Lillian over to their Grandma Sperry’s to stay a few days and I took Bert (Charles Gilbert Lunt) and Eva (Eva Ruth Lunt) and went over to Manti. It was good to see Aunt Sarah’s (Sarah Edmunds) folks again (Nathaniel Edmunds).
