1945 (Wednesday) – Today is Bert’s (Charles Gilbert Lunt) birthday. Dad (Alfred Oscar Lunt) took me out to Della’s (Della Lunt), where I spent the day. All are well, but there is a lot to do so Della doesn’t have much time to rest.
Port (Porty Lewis Gabbitas) and Della brought me home. Evening – a Sister Crosby called to see me. Her sister, Sister Johnson, was with her. She gave me the address of Mrs. Merle B. Hartog; 1322 Shattuck Ave.; Berkeley, CA. She is a member of the Lunt family of Cedar City and interested in genealogical work. I am to write to her and send a report. Wrote to Earl (Earl Sperry Lunt), am sending his pageant to him.
