1947 (Saturday) – Busy at home most of the day. Pearl (Eva Pearl Sperry) came here for a few minutes. Verdena (Verdena Vickers) and her two children (Nancy Jane Mary and Richard Gary Purcell) were with her. My, her baby is large and the picture of health.
After dinner was over, Vallon (Vallon Sperry Vickers) and wife (Ruth Jane Klomp) called and took home with his mother, for a nice ride, we enjoyed that.
Pearl came and slept with me.
