1947 (Sunday) – Lillian (Lillian Lunt) again attended the two sessions of Conference. Port’s (Porty Lewis Gabbitas) family (Della Lunt; Ivy Joan, Gordon Lewis, Larry Lunt, Judith Ann and Ted Lunt Gabbitas), all but Ivy Joan, came in for the Morning Session. They left Little Teddy with me. It wasn’t long until the two boys and Judy came here also.
In the evening we all, but Dad (Alfred Oscar Lunt), went over to Esther’s (Emily Esther Sperry) to spend the evening as Winifred McLaughlin and Bud (Delbert Kutterer Schiess), her husband, were visiting there. Art (Arthur David Sperry) and Gertrude (Gertrude Barton), Melvin (Henry Melvin Sperry) and Vera (Vera Lucille Daley), Howard (William Howard Allen) and Maxine (Maxine Carter) and Lillian, also Earl (Earl Sperry Lunt) and Edna (Edna Viola Nelson). We enjoyed our evening. It was so good to get together again. The men all got together in one room, the ladies in another, and how we did talk.
