1904 (Thursday) – I took the children (Alfred Oscar, Jr., Lillian and Charles Gilbert Lunt) out to Mrs. Will Orme’s for the day. We enjoyed ourselves very much, Mrs. Orme walked home with me and later her husband came after her. I stayed alone with the children, Retta (Retta Sperry) slept at Jen’s (Jennie Teasdale).
