1946 (Friday) – I don’t feel too good. I seem to have a little cold and I’m afraid some sinus, perhaps the pain in my head is caused from my eyes due to the picture show.

1946 (Thursday) – Mrs. George (Catherine Ellen Rosser), Mary’s (Mary Etta George) mother, came to see us in the afternoon and had dinner with us. Afterwards, Earl (Earl Sperry Lunt) took her up town to meet her sister (Sarah Ann Rosser) and Lillian and I went to a picture show at the Center.
