1897 (Saturday) – Fast day and I fasted. Esther (Emily Esther Sperry) and I went down to Grandma Sperry’s (Emily Louisa Miller) and then down to Sunday School. Afterwards Esther, Della Kendall (Adella Kendall) and I went over to the post office. Esther and I then went up to Burton’s. In the afternoon, Della came up and she and I slept up to Burton’s.
