1897 (Saturday) – Esther (Emily Esther Sperry) and I went up town with Grandfather Sperry (Charles Sperry). I went up to Burton’s and then down to Grandmother’s (Emily Louisa Miller). Met Esther and we went down town. We walked up to our lot and then down to Burton’s. In the evening we went to choir practice on our way home we stopped at the merry-go-round.
