1905 (Sunday) – I walked to town, Alfred (Alfred Oscar Lunt, Jr.) went with me. Grandma Lunt (Priscilla Pitt) had the families all home because Jen (Lydia Jane Kendall) and Edgar (John Edgar Lunt) are to leave the next morning for their home in Canada. I left Lillian (Lillian Lunt) and Bert (Charles Gilbert Lunt) with Frances (Frances Kirgan), they having the whooping cough. I did not like to expose the other children by taking them with me. In the evening I rode down home with Henry Lunt’s boys.
