1947 (Wednesday) – Earl (Earl Sperry Lunt) took me out to Della’s (Della Lunt). It is the first time I’ve been there for a long time. They were well. One of the neighbors had a very sick child, she had been unconscious for three hours. They left their baby with Della and two more little girls while they took the sick child to the hospital. I came into Salt Lake with Port (Port Lewis Gabbitas) as he went to work. Evening – I met Lillian Carter (Lillian May Sperry) after her work and we went to a show. “The Farmer’s Daughter”. We enjoyed it very much. Lillian came down and slept with me.
