1947 (Friday) – About one o’clock I went up to meet Grace, (Grace Viola Harper) and Earl (Earl Sperry Lunt) took us up to the Center Theater where we went to a picture show. We rode home in a cab. Grace and I called at Sister Spitzbardt’s to find out how Brother Spitzbardt is feeling. He is a little better, but he didn’t look good to us. He has had another heart spell, just as he begins to feel better, then he does some work that sets him back again.
