1947 (Tuesday) – Ironed, prepared some things to send to Europe, took them down to the Relief Society Hall. I was so sleepy, because I got up so early this morning, so I lay down for a little nap and it was after two o’clock before I awoke, so didn’t get to Relief Society and it is the last lesson of the season, very sorry, but if I hadn’t napped, I would have slept in church and I don’t like to do that.
